-To insert and move the tie-down cleat to the best location along the bed rail to secure a load.

-Loosen thumb wheel in a counter clockwise motion.

-Depress thumb wheel so locking plate maintains 1/2" gap.

-Insert locking plate into the bed rail.

-Rotate tie-down cleat 90°and release thumb wheel.

-Slide cleat to closet detent in rail system. you will feel locking plate snap into detent.

-Tighten thumb wheel in a clockwhise motion until clutch mechanism ratchets.

-Check tie-down cleat to confirm that it is locked into detent and securely mounted to bed rail system.
